Shop & checkout

Buy packs, memberships, one-offs, gift cards, or pay-what-you-want — then review Activity.

What this guide covers

Purchase whatever your studio publishes on Shop (credit packs, memberships, one-offs, gift cards, pay what you want). Treat each as a peer payment choice. Review purchases and ledger rows in Activity.

Before you start

  • Signed in on your studio’s storefront
  • A payment method supported by your studio’s Stripe checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay when enabled)

Step by step

  1. Open Shop from the navigation.
  2. Filter All, Packs, One-time, Memberships, or Gift cards when those segments are available. Everything for sale is one price list: each line shows its price, and packs show what one credit costs in them.
  3. Pick a line. It opens to show what you get and one button (Buy, Subscribe, or Pay for an amount you choose). Complete embedded checkout. Credit balances update after payment when the offering grants credits.
  4. Switch to Activity to see purchases, bookings, and refunds on a calendar range.

Bought without signing in?

You can buy a pack or pay what you want without signing in. The purchase isn't added to any account until you choose to add it:

  1. Open the email from your studio about the purchase, or go to /claim on your studio's site (for a purchase made at the studio's desk there is no email: go to /claim).
  2. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout.
  3. Choose Add to my account. The credits then show on Shop → Activity. If you didn't make the purchase, choose This isn't mine.

Signing in on its own never adds a purchase. Memberships and paid drop-ins need you to be signed in before you pay.

More you can do here

  • Use Pay what you want when your studio enables it: type your own amount. The box shows what you get: credits when the studio sells them that way, otherwise a one-time payment (from $0.50)
  • Redeem gift cards from Shop or the dedicated redeem flow
  • Tap the (i) next to a category title (One-time, Subscriptions, Gift Cards, Credit packs) for a one-line tip
  • Open About only when the studio sells credit packs (how credits work)
