Redeem a gift card

Apply a gift code to your account balance.

What this guide covers

Apply a gift card code to your member account so credits appear on Shop → Activity and can be used on Book.

Before you start

  • Valid gift code from your studio (email, print, or purchase receipt)
  • Signed in on the same studio that issued the card

Step by step

  1. Open the Redeem gift card link from the gift card email, or go to /redeem and type the code.
  2. Sign in if asked. The card's details show only once you're signed in.
  3. Type the code as printed. Capitals, spaces and hyphens don't matter.
  4. Tap Redeem gift card; the credits land in your balance immediately. A card redeems once.
  5. Confirm the grant on Activity and book a session.
