Setup help checklist

Step by step

  1. Open Admin → Payments → Billing (or Catalog Setup → Go to Billing) and start Stripe Connect. Setup opens on its own page inside Taktics; you don't leave the site.
  2. Press Start with Stripe and fill in Stripe's form, shown in a purple Secure form by Stripe frame. Stripe opens one small window first so you get your own Stripe login. Your ID and bank numbers go straight to Stripe: Taktics can't see what you type there and keeps only your bank's name and last 4 digits. Stripe saves each step, so you can close the page and pick up later. If the form can't load, use Use Stripe's own page instead.
  3. Check that the Payouts card reads Enabled. Right after onboarding it may read Awaiting approval while Stripe approves card payments; until then clients can’t pay by card on Shop or /book, and the setup reminder stays open. Usually there’s nothing more to do: each time the studio owner opens this page it checks with Stripe again, and if Stripe asks for anything, Finish setup appears on the card.
  4. On Catalog, use + on Credits, Memberships, or One-offs. Saving a flip card with an empty Stripe price field creates the product/price on your connected account.
  5. Optional migrate: paste an unused Connect price_… on the flip edit face instead of creating a new price.
  6. Publish catalog so Shop matches draft. Publish verifies prices and that test vs live mode matches your keys.
